The Law restores favourable conditions in the agricultural sector to prevent negative influence of the consequences of the global financial crisis.
Thus, according to the Law "On the State Support of Agriculture in Ukraine", the Agrarian Fund is authorized to sell the objects of State price regulation to provide the revenue to the special fund of the State budget.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.5416.
